Harrel`s Kingsvillle Pharmacy in Kingsville

A good place to take the family out, this place has been around since 1904. It's a pharmacy, 'general store', and resturaunt. With an extensive menu, grab a burger, salad, seafood, breakfast, milkshakes, etc. Be warned, it gets packed around noon so call ahead and reserve a table if you are limited for time.

I use to work there back in the days or years. I love the food and the customers and employees. I use to live there in kingsville in 2005 to 2008 now i moved back to San Antonio Texas. Great place to work at and eat fantastic food. I give them a 5 stars. Hi Mary Lou .

A hometown favorite, good food, fair prices and lots of history.

I have never used the pharmacy here, but the food is delicious and very inexpensive. For breakfast if the decision is between here and IHOP I choose here Everytime, great breakfast at amazing prices. The burgers are worth it, a good old fashioned burger. They have cherry coke made with syrup. If you want a shake or a malt, come here all their shakes are hand dipped made with real ice cream. There is only one thing I can't recommend here, is their Mexican food, it's not bad, but if you crave Mexican food choose a Mexican restaurant.

This is one of the greatest places to visit in Kingsville. Great people and great food.

Great down home food, reminds me of the Woolworth's soda fountain of my youth! Friendly service, very reasonably priced food, I will be back!

More than a drugstore! Don't let the name fool you, this is more than a drugstore. There is a gift shop, and restaurant all housed with the pharmacy. The food is very inexpensive and ranges from burgers to enchiladas to ice cream. I always ask the locals for their recommendations and to date, I have not had a bad meal. The wait staff are great and often work together to ensure your food is out promptly and is to your satisfaction. The unique gifts are second to none. This is the best selection for poopori in Kingsville - especially when your in a pinch & forgot to order it online. I often travel with stinky kiddos (who were running around a theme park all day) and IT IS A LIFESAVER on long road trips. I've also purchased a few encouraging gifts and greeting cards that certainly did make my recipients day. This quaint establishment is a gem! The staff are always friendly and the gifts are second to none.

The best place in town to get a RX filled. Also have the best Cheeseburgers in town. The good ole timey ones that just melt in your mouth. And very inexpensive also. Feels like you've step back in time to the good ole days again. A one of a kind jem!!!!

The soda from the soda fountain is sweet and syrup filled. The cherry coke was the highlight of the visit. Instead of the average cherry coke, they add cherry syrup to the coke.

We've been using Harrell's Pharmacy for many years. We get all of our prescriptions filled through them. Really great service and really nice people. Love the personal touch!!

Had the loaded potato soup and salad. Very good! Also had banana milk shake. Yum! So reminds me of banana pudding and vanilla wafers! Prices are so reasonable and retro!

Harrell's has an awesome old time feel and is the perfect accent for the old main Street in Kingsville. The little gift shop is really cool and is just across the street from King ranch store. It's perfect for a lunch after shopping the downtown.

Friendly staff, clean facilities, food was cheap and good. However the server seemed to forget about us and randomly another server came to the table scared to death our table did not have napkins (which it did). They could stand to not have personal conversation that can be heard across the room but it's not like the joke wasn't funny. But it was told while our drinks were empty so it didn't come off as humorous at the time. It's 4 stars they could of had 5 but they need to step it up and get the basics down first.
